Kerala high court disposes PIL against Monday’s hartal

The high court on Friday disposed of a public interest litigation (PIL) challenging the hartal exhorted by the ruling Left Democratic Front (LDF) on Monday. A division bench comprising Chief Justice S Manikumar and Justice Shaji P Chaly was considering a petition by Perumuttam Radhakrishnan through advocate R Sunil Kumar.
