Kerala government to take stock of excess employees & redeploy them
The government has launched an initiative to take stock of excess staff and duplication of work in various departments in order to redeploy them where there is employee shortage. As per an order issued by the personnel and administrative reforms department last week, 16 teams will inspect 44 departments, and submit details of surplus staff and duplication of work in them.
