Kerala: Consumer commission turns tech savvy, goes online
Kerala state consumer disputes redressal commission has become the first to implement online collaborative disputes redressal in the country. The innovative model of redressal –introduced by the commission to circumvent Covid-related restrictions and limitations – has already resolved 113 cases through this mechanism in July alone.
