If taxis don’t install meters, licences will be cancelled: Goa to high court

The state government on Monday tendered an “unconditional apology” to the high court of Bombay at Goa for its delay in installing digital fare meters in taxis, and said that taxi operators who do not cooperate in getting meters installed would “face the consequence of automatic cancellation of the permit”.
