Hold inquiry into functioning of GMC: Monserrate

Panaji MLA Atanasio Monserrate on Tuesday came down heavily on health minister Vishwajit Rane for the Covid crisis and related growing mortality. Rane has failed as health minister, he said, and demanded for a high court or CBI inquiry into the functioning of the Goa Medical College (GMC) and health department.
