Boult, who's had a tough time tonight, bowls a very good over and gives away just two runs. He gets the wicket of the set Suryakumar in that over. Boult had dropped Suryakumar in the last over but got his man by cleaning him up.

Ferguson is brought back into the attack. He too bowls a decent over and gives away just 5 runs. There is a run out chance off the fourth ball but the fielder misses a direct hit as the Indians complete a single. It was very close. The last one is a play and a miss as Ferguson drops it short and Pant misses his slash.

Suryakumar has a heart in mouth moment in that over as he cut one uppishly and it just bounced before the backward point fielder. 

Santner continues. New Zealand burn a review off the second ball. Suryakumar goes for a sweep but misses and gets hit on the back leg. An appeal for an LBW is turned down. The Kiwis opt for a review but replays show the impact was outside off. Santner gives away just four runs from the over.

New Zealand post 164/6: A good finish from India. They conceded just 12 off the last two overs. Bhuvneshwar adjusted his lengths well and the variation of pace brought him the wicket of Seifert. He gave away just 5 and took the wicket of Seifert in the penultimate over. India missed an easy run out in that over as Bhuvneshwar failed to collect the throw as the Kiwis hared through for a risky second. Siraj then had to be attended by the physio as Santner smashed one straight back and Siraj got hurt trying to stop it. Siraj continued but was unlucky the next ball as Ravindra got an inside edge wide of the stumps to fine leg for a FOUR! After a couple of dots, Siraj cleaned up Ravondra. They run through for a couple of byes off the last ball.

He looked to do the same but Chahar this thime bowls it slower, Guptill mistimes it to deep mid-wicket where Shreyas Iyer takes a very good catch. There is an appeal for a caught behind against Ravindra but the umpire turns it down. India review but replays show there was no edge. 14 runs off the Bhuvneshwar over and 8 runs and a wicket off Chahar's. 22 runs off the last two overs.

Ashwin is brought back. Chapman smashes the first one over extra cover for a FOUR. Ashwin then bounces back to remove him the next ball. A nicely flighted delivery on middle spinning away. Chapman misses his heave and is cleaned up. He then beats Phillips' outside edge with a straighter one straightaway. And a ball later, traps him LBW with the carrom ball. 4 runs and two wickets off the Ashwin over.
