The high court of Bombay at Goa struck down the government’s decision to reserve 41% of state quota ST, SC and OBC category seats for post graduate courses at Goa Medical College from 2021-22. It also quashed recommendations made by the Goa commission for ST and SC, and the Goa commission for OBC, favouring reservations.
