HDMC to geo-tag potholes it fills
The Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC) has decided to geo-tag every pothole it fills so that staff negligence and work quality can be tracked.The civic body also wants to reduce the cost of repeatedly filling potholes and fix responsibility on contractors who do the job.
