Hackers target BBMP chief’s Twitter a/c, post bitcoin messages
Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike chief commissioner Gaurav Gupta’s official Twitter account was hacked on Friday morning and tweets related to bitcoins were posted. The account was restored by 7pm. BBMP officials who confirmed this said they alerted cybercrime police to restore the account and act against culprits.
