Bhubaneswar: Nine carts of a merchandise train have upset and one wrecked among Angul and Talcher Road on Tuesday, educated East Coast Railways in an assertion.

As per the East Coast Railways, the mishap occurred around 2:35 am, and a merchandise train from Firoz Nagar to Khurda Road left Angul Station at 0215hrs and wrecked KMs 167/2 among Angul and Talcher Road (2km from Talcher Road).
Divisional Railway Manager, Khurda Road has hurried to the site and evaluating the rebuilding and yet again railing works.
"At first sight reason for the wrecking is because of bank slip-on box connect approach because of blaze flood. The container support is flawless. The holding dividers on the two sides have been harmed. Waste of time of track on the way to deal with the extension on the left side from Angul," the delivery said.
Prior there was a report about a merchandise train wrecked among Angul and Talcher Road single line rail line area and train administrations influenced in the Dhenkanal-Sambalpur Rail Section. Thus, a portion of the trains was dropped, redirected, short ended, and rescheduled.
