Goa won’t fulfil pothole promise by November 1: MGP

Senior MGP leader and former Public Works Department (PWD) minister Ramkrishna ‘Sudin’ Dhavalikar on Thursday said that Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party (MGP) doesn’t think that the state government will be able to fill potholes across the state by November 1 as its coffers are empty.
