Goa: To up ‘happiness’, payment of water bill taken online
The government on Wednesday introduced an online payment system for water bills as well, after a similar system was earlier implemented for power bills. CM Pramod Sawant said that all government departments have been instructed to take maximum services online as the state government is aiming to improve the ease of living in Goa and consequently up the happiness index for citizens.
