Goa: Neighbour held for assault on Saligao parish priest
Tensions ran high in Saligao on Monday afternoon after a local assaulted parish priest Mathew Rodrigues over a road widening issue. Joseph ‘Joe’ D’Souza, who lives next to the church, has been arrested.
