The opposition tore into the government’s track record in indicting rape accused, particularly those involved in gangrape cases. Taking the lead in cornering the government, Goa Forward Party (GFP) MLA Vijai Sardesai said that after arresting the accused, the guilty should be charged and punished in the court of law.
