Get one Covid dose or lose salary: Thane mayor to staff
The Thane municipal corporation has decided to stop salaries of employees and contract staff who have failed to take even one Covid vaccine dose till date, mayor Naresh Mhaske said on Monday. Employees who haven't taken their first shot yet will have to take it at the earliest while others who have not taken their second after the mandated time gap will have to get the shot to ensure they don't lose their salaries.
