Electric bus catches fire on road flooded with rain water in Bengaluru, no injuries
An electric bus operated by BMTC on Bengaluru's Outer Ring Road was destroyed by fire near Kempapura. The incident occurred around 11 pm when the bus, leased from JBM, suddenly stopped with around 10-15 passengers onboard. Preliminary findings suggest an electrical fault may have caused the fire. BMTC is investigating and seeking improvements in safety protocols from JBM.
