ECI has become a caged parrot: Raut
Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut accused the Election Commission of India (ECI) of favoring the BJP and practicing double standards. Raut criticized the ECI for not taking action against the BJP's religious propaganda to bribe voters. He also questioned the ECI's inaction on the BJP's campaigning on religious lines, stating that if a Congress leader had made such a statement, the ECI would have taken action. Raut called the ECI a caged parrot and a sham, claiming it had become ineffective.
