Don’t allow PoP idols’ immersion in water bodies: T'gana HC
The Telangana high court on Tuesday told authorities not to allow immersion of Ganesh idols made of Plaster of Paris in water bodies in Hyderabad. The judges asked officials of the Telangana State Pollution Control Board (TSPCB), Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) and the police if they would apply the law against violators this Ganesh festival.
