Defying KRMB, Power generation still on at Srisailam

Sticking to its contention that Srisailam project was conceived for hydel power generation in the united Andhra Pradesh, the Telangana government has been generating electricity from its units at the project. This, despite Krishna River Management Board (KRMB) direction to stop hydel power generation from Srisailam following complaints by Andhra Pradesh.
