Cyclone Yaas cloud over vaccination drive in Kolkata

The heavy downpour accompanied by gusty wind cyclone Yaas is expected to unleash might disrupt vaccination drives across the city. While a few private Covid vaccination centres (CVCs) have already decided to suspend the drive on Wednesday, the day when Yaas will make its landfall, CVCs attached with government hospitals are yet to take a decision. New Town Kolkata Development Authority (NKDA) has already suspended vaccination drive in New Town till the cyclone passes.
