Chaos prevailed at most Kolkata Municipal Corporation-run Covid vaccination centres (CVCs) on Wednesday after a single queue was enforced for both first and second dose recipients following an order from the top brass. At most centres, the sheer number of people queuing up for the first dose was much more than the number of those who had come for their second shot.
