Can’t let guard down, will issue new SOPs for festive season: Goa CM

The state government will frame new SOPs in view of the upcoming Ganesh Chaturthi festival, to prevent crowding. Goans should not let their guards down as there is still a Covid-19 case positivity rate of 2% in the state, CM Pramod Sawant said on Friday.
