B'luru: Schoolkids launch Chipko-like stir to save 40 trees
For two weeks now, a school in north Bengaluru is witnessing an unusual scene of confrontation. Every time a BBMP team walks into Jindal Jubilee Government High School in Abbigere, Dasarahalli, students rush out of their classrooms to hug scores of trees on their campus.
