Bengaluru: Iranian first grew hydro ganja in fish tank

Javad Riostampour Ghotb Aldin, the Iranian national who was arrested on Sunday for growing and peddling hydroponic ganja, first tasted the narcotic after he developed mental health problems. Realising cannabidiol (CBD) components found in the drug could calm his mind, he decided to cultivate it.
