3 Arrested For Assaulting Muslim Man In Kanpur; Mob Stages Protest
Lucknow: Three individuals have been captured for strutting a 45-year-old Muslim man in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur town through a road, attacking him and making him serenade "Jai Shri Ram" trademarks on Wednesday. He was at the end given over to the police.
The upsetting film of the episode shot by local people shows the man's little girl sticking on to him and asking the aggressors to save him. The recording additionally shows the man being hit while in the care of the police.
Rahul, Aman, and Rajesh have been captured after the occurrence and further examination is in progress, said senior Kanpur cop Dr. Anil Kumar in a late-night proclamation on Thursday.
After the capture, a crowd of Bajrang Dal laborers held a dissent outside the concerned police headquarters in Kanpur and left solely after what they called 'confirmations' from the police about a reasonable examination, saying they would return if those captured were not delivered soon.
The occurrence occurred 500 meters from a convergence where the traditional gathering Bajrang Dal held a gathering, where they guaranteed Muslims in the space were attempting to change over a Hindu young lady in their territory. The attack occurred soon after the gathering.
