Stalin hikes DA for govt staff in TN to 34%

Chief minister M K Stalin on Monday announced a hike in dearness allowance for Tamil Nadu government employees, pensioners and family pensioners, from 31% to 34%, with retrospective effect from July 1. The chief minister made the announcement while addressing the gathering after hoisting the national flag at Fort St George, the seat of administration in Chennai.
