Mysuru: Chamundi hills ropeway nixed due to eco concerns
In a big victory for greens and civic activists opposing the Chamundi Hills ropeway project, the district administration on Wednesday unanimously decided to scrap it. The decision was taken at a meeting about tourism department projects chaired by district in-charge minister ST Somashekar.
