HC relief for man who rented out Bengaluru farmhouse for rave party
The Karnataka High Court has ruled that R Gopal Reddy, aged 68, cannot be held liable under the NDPS Act for drug-related activities at his rented property. The court determined there was no evidence showing he had conscious knowledge of the illegal events during a birthday party hosted on his premises.
