EPS briefed on ‘one nation, one poll’ at meet with Amit Shah
Union home minister Amit Shah discussed a range of issues with AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami, including the ‘one nation, one election’ concept being propagated by the NDA government at the Centre, a highly placed source told TOI. Shah is also said to have sought the support of the AIADMK for the passage of bills during the five-day special session of Parliament which commences on Monday, the source confirmed.
