50% state bus services nixed, Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde to meet unions today
A strike by 11 unions of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation disrupted bus services on Tuesday, impacting 59 out of 251 depots and causing a Rs 15 crore loss. Nearly half of the scheduled trips were canceled. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde plans to meet with union leaders to address their demands and find a resolution.
