2 bldrs get 2-yr RI for cheating Mum flat buyer
Twenty-five years after a buyer was cheated of Rs 4.5 lakh that he had paid for a 500 sq ft Jogeshwari flat he never got possession of, a magistrate's court has convicted and sentenced 2 builders to 2 years' RI. It also awarded Rs 5 lakh as compensation to the victim.
